Dear James:

Congratulations on making the cut. Select an attire that is appropriate for your profession and position you’re interviewing for. Don’t be tempted to cut corners because only your headshot and background will be seen. Science suggests that the clothes we wear affect our behaviour, attitudes, personality, mood and confidence.
